Manage Jobs
Go to Jobs > click on Manage Job to edit or update the progress of the job.
SETTING
The setting icon on the top right corner will open a window allowing you to edit the information you have entered on Add New Quote in the earlier part. It contains the client's information and the list of the services offered.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Found on top of the page are the name of the client and the location of the job
JOB-STATUS
The job status will change depending on the progress of the work order.
STARTED
This will show starting date of the job.
COMPLETED
This will show the date when the job has been completed.
JOBS
The tabs before the work type are the jobs or the services to be done for the client.
VIEW WORK ORDER
This will allow you to preview the Work Order form of the client, which contains all the necessary information and files about the job done.
LOCATION NOTES
Notes that will show up on all work orders for that job, typically about the customer preferences, the property, or the location. The Location and the Weather feature are also found in this section, you will be re-routed on a different link to check on the weather of the area and
JOB LOG
History of every action that has been done for the job. Notes can also be added for future reference.
WORK TYPE
Choose the work that needs to be done on the location. The format of the information on the Work Order window will vary depending on the selected work type.
JOB ORDER PROCESS
Below the work type are the job order processes; Pre-Production, Schedule, and Review.
The next process will only be available after completing the prior process.
