New Opportunity

To add a new client to your system, you can click on New Opportunity which will direct you to the window where you’ll fill in the clients' information.

Company Calendars

The Company and Production Calendars allow you to manage your schedule accordingly. The  company calendar will show you all your meetings and admin schedules activities. While the production calendar will show all the scheduled jobs for all clients and installers. The job will only appear on the calendar after Scheduling.

Clients

This shows your list of clients in the system. You can also manage their information by clicking the 5 sections that will appear as you click the clients' row. You have the schedule appointment, client dashboard, financial overview, client history, and edit client.

The client dashboard section will show all the quotes, invoices, and job sites listed for that client. Client history will show all the activities done for the client. Lastly, the edit client section will allow you to edit or update their information.

Quotes

All of the quotes in your system are listed here with their corresponding status. There are 4 sections for every quote: view quote, manage quotes, client dashboard, and client history. 

Manage quotes will direct you to the drafted quote for the client where the total costs, list of the services to be offered, and terms are selected. In this section, you can also edit, print, or delete the quote. While the client dashboard will redirect you to the dashboard where you can access all the quotes, invoices, and job sites of the client.

Invoices

Shows all invoices. The client's outstanding balance and the due date are also displayed. This page allows you to view invoices, manage invoices, see the list of payments made, see the breakdown of the costing, and the client dashboard. Manage invoices enables you to edit the client's invoice.

Jobs

This shows the list of jobs for clients in the system. You can also manage their information by clicking the 3 sections that will appear as you click the clients' row. You have the manage job, client dashboard, and client history.

The manage job section will show all the production-related activities such as work orders, schedules, and review notes of the client. Next is the client dashboard section will show all the quotes, invoices, and job sites listed for that client. Lastly, the client history will show all the activities done for the client. 

   

Crews

The settings in manage crews can only be changed by the  Account Owners and Administrators. This will allow you to edit or add the information of the users of the system.

Company Settings

You can click on ”Company Settings” to be directed to the next action that you wanted to take. There are 4 sections on this heading. 

Manage Company

This will allow you to check and edit the information of the different companies of every client that has been listed on your system. 

Insurance Companies

It will direct you to the list of insurance companies that have been listed in the system. These are the insurance companies involved with your clients. 

Warranties

This section will show all the warranties with the labor terms and the status of the warranty that you can offer for your clients.

Referral Sources

This will show the list of platforms that your clients have heard or read about your services.
