How to Edit Customer and Job Addresses in Your Contracts

When you review your contracts, you may come across two addresses: the customer address (referred to as A) and the job address (referred to as B). If you need to make changes to either of these addresses, follow the simple instructions below:
A) Editing Customer Address:
- Start by accessing the quotes/invoices/jobs/work orders section of your account.
- Locate and select the client whose information you want to modify then click client dashboard.
- Once you're on the client dashboard, click on the pencil icon next to the client's name on the upper left of the window.
- You will now be able to edit the necessary information, such as the customer's address.
- After making the required changes, click the "Submit" button to save the updated customer address.
B) Editing Job Address:
- Begin by going to the quotes/invoices/jobs/work orders section of your account.
- Choose the client whose information you wish to modify then click client dashboard.
- On the client dashboard, find and click on the "Job Sites" option.
- Look for a pencil icon next to the job that you want to modify and click on it to edit.
- You will now be able to edit the necessary information related to the job address.
- Once you have made the required changes, click the "Submit" button to save the updated job address.
By following these straightforward steps, you can easily edit both the customer and job addresses in your contracts.
