Create / Add New Quotes

There are two ways to create and add new quotes; you can automatically create them right after you have added the new client information on the New Opportunity window or add them one by one on the Client Dashboard. Let's walk through each method:

Method 1:

Create quotes through the New Opportunity window

You can automatically create quotes right after you add a new client. After you fill in all the information about the new client, there is an option below to create a quote. By clicking that, it will direct you to Add New Quote window, with fields that you’ll be needing to fill in as shown below:

The fields on the upper right side, Contact and Contact Phone refer to the information of the sales representative assigned to that client. After clicking Submit, it will redirect you to the Quote (Draft) window as shown below:

Method 2:

Create quotes through the Client Dashboard 


This method is only applicable for Repeating clients. This would mean that you already have the initial information of the lead and will provide an additional or new job for them.  It can be accessed from the Clients, Quotes, and Invoices section of the menu bar at the left side of the dashboard after clicking on the clients' row. Then it will bring up a window, as shown below:

Note: 

By clicking the ' +' key on the right top corner of the window would mean “add new”.

The ' +' key will then redirect you to the Add New Quote window, with fields that you’ll be needing to fill in as shown below:

After clicking Submit, it will redirect you to the Quote(Draft). Then you can either submit it to the client and wait for them to accept the quote, or have it printed.
